Shipping & Returns
Shipping
İTÄ offers shipping worldwide. Orders are shipped via DHL, USPS or Fedex. For added security, all packages are insured and we require a signature for all orders. Deliveries outside of the United States, Puerto Rico or Turkey may be subject to local import taxes, which are the responsibility of the receiver where they apply.
Local delivery
We currently support local pickup in the San Juan Metropolitan area and the greater Istanbul area. Please let us know your preferred pick-up time window upon placing our order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt for full-price fine jewelry in original condition. Items must be without wear and in as shipped condition. In order to start the exchange process, please send us an email at clientcare@itajewelry.com. Requests for returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we feel, for any reason that the request is not reasonable, we will not accept the return. Returns undergo a 5% restocking fee which will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be made by contacting clientcare@itajewelry.com within 24 hours from the date your order is placed.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at clientcare@itajewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
Sizing, Jewelry Care & Repairs
14K Gold, Diamonds and Gemstones
Please use caution when applying hairsprays, lotions, colognes and perfumes when wearing your İTÄ fine jewelry. These harsh chemicals may cause the precious metals to tarnish and stones to absorb damage. If needed, clean in cool water with a soft brush to remove the oils from daily wear. We recommend a periodic professional cleaning.
Enamel
If your İTÄ piece has enamel please keep it away from extreme cold or heat to avoid potential melting or cracking. Constant exposure to all types of water as well as lotions, oils or creams, may cause the enamel to weaken over time. We suggest taking off before extreme sun exposure.
Chains
Like most fine chains, our chains can be delicate and should be treated carefully. Do not pull or tug on them and be careful when detangling.
Storing your piece
Jewelry, especially gold and precious gemstones, scratches with daily wear. We hope this means you love your pieces as much as we do. Use our pouches and boxes to store them individually and protect your jewels when not being worn.
Repairs
We want you to love your İTÄ piece forever. Should the need arise, please contact Client Care for information regarding repairs. Repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you need to know your ring size, you can order our free ring sizer tool here. We can ship this to you at no cost.
